• RCMP say the charge relates to an alleged assault during an emergency-room assessment at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre in January.
• He was arrested on Aug. 14, released on conditions, and is scheduled to appear in Amherst provincial court on Nov. 15.
• Investigators believe there may be additional victims in Nova Scotia or other places he has practised and are urging people to contact Cumberland District RCMP at 902-667-3859.
• According to New Brunswick’s medical regulator, he has been registered since March 14 with conditions requiring a chaperone for any intimate examination, and the province’s health authority has paused his clinical work.
• Regulators note he is not licensed in Nova Scotia, he was removed from the Atlantic Registry in March 2025, and his Quebec licence was revoked in 2022 over misrepresentations on a prior application.
