Notre Dame's Charles Jagusah to Miss Season with Torn Chest Muscle

The sophomore offensive tackle was expected to start after the departure of key players to the NFL.

Jagusah injured his right pectoralis muscle during preseason practice and will undergo surgery.
He started last year's Sun Bowl after Joe Alt opted out to prepare for the NFL draft.
Notre Dame is replacing both starting tackles from last season, including Blake Fisher.
Defensive back Marty Auer also out for the season with a torn ACL.
Notre Dame opens their season against Texas A&M on August 31.
