Notion Unveils AI Chatbot 'Q&A' to Enhance Workspace Productivity

Built on OpenAI and Anthropic’s Models, the Feature Represents a Key Step in Notion's Evolution Towards Becoming an AI-First Company

Notion has released a new AI feature called Q&A that can search and retrieve information from all documents and databases stored in a user's Notion workspace.
The Q&A feature, which is a mix of a search engine and chatbot, was built on top of OpenAI and Anthropic’s latest models.
The feature is available to all Notion users and costs between $8 and $10 per person per month.
Notion's Q&A is seen as a step towards becoming an AI-first company and represents the 'second phase' of Notion’s grand plan for AI.
Notion is also working on expanding Q&A to search not just Notion files, but information stored in other work apps like Slack or Zoom.
