Overview

  • Headphone (1) became available worldwide on July 15 priced at $299 and offered in black or white.
  • The headset stems from a design partnership with British hi-fi company KEF, packing a custom 40 mm dynamic driver with Hi-Res Audio support, LDAC, USB-C lossless playback and a 3.5 mm jack.
  • Active noise cancellation features adjustable settings through the Nothing app, while the battery delivers up to 35 hours of playback with ANC active or 80 hours without and fast charging yields five hours of listening from a five-minute charge.
  • Its retro-futuristic transparent design uses precision aluminum CNC components and integrated physical controls including a volume roller and track paddles for tactile operation.
  • Early hands-on reviews praise the distinctive design and feature set but offer mixed judgments on overall sound quality compared with established flagship rivals.
