Overview
- Police were called at 12:47 p.m. on Tuesday to Foundry Bridge, opposite Norwich Railway Station, after reports of a body in the water.
- A man was recovered from the River Wensum and pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services.
- Norfolk Constabulary says the man is provisionally identified as being in his 70s, and enquiries are ongoing to trace his next of kin.
