Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Rolls Out Cross-Brand Loyalty Status Honors for Oct. 15 Sailings

The per-cruise recognition preserves each line’s earned tier to encourage trials across the portfolio.

Overview

  • Status requests opened Sept. 29 with honors applying to voyages departing Oct. 15, 2025 and later.
  • Members of Latitudes Rewards, Oceania Club and the Seven Seas Society receive the closest corresponding tier when sailing sister brands on a per-cruise basis.
  • If a guest holds multiple program statuses, the highest tier is honored for that voyage while permanent status remains based on each brand’s cruise activity and reverts afterward.
  • A published chart details tier mapping, and instructions for submitting requests are available on the brands’ loyalty pages.
  • The initiative supports NCLH’s Charting the Course strategy to deepen loyalty and cross-sell across 34 ships serving about 700 destinations, reflecting an industry trend seen with Royal Caribbean Group’s 2024 program.
