Norwegian Cruise Line Cancels 35 Cruises for 2025-2026 Season

The cancellations, part of a fleet redeployment plan, affect four ships and include full refunds and future cruise credits for impacted passengers.

Norwegian Cruise Line has canceled 35 cruises scheduled between November 2025 and April 2026 across four ships: Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Encore, and Norwegian Joy.
The cancellations are part of a fleet redeployment plan aimed at introducing new itineraries to meet passenger demand and enhance travel experiences.
Passengers affected by the cancellations will receive full refunds and a 10% future cruise credit valid for any voyage through December 31, 2026.
The redeployment includes adjustments such as replacing longer cruises with shorter Caribbean itineraries and shifting ship deployments to different ports, including Miami, Los Angeles, and Port Canaveral.
Despite the cancellations, Norwegian Cruise Line reported record Q3 profits in 2024, with a 37% increase in net income and plans for the debut of its new ship, Norwegian Luna, in 2026.
