Nate Heise led the Panthers with 15 points, all scored in the first half, and six rebounds.
Jacob Hutson added 12 points, Bowen Born had 11 and Tytan Anderson contributed 10 points and eight rebounds for the Panthers.
Maxime Raynaud led the Cardinal with 12 points and eight rebounds.
