North Miami Beach Mayor Arrested for Allegedly Voting in Wrong District

North Miami Beach Mayor Anthony DeFillipo was arrested on illegal voting charges.
Prosecutors allege DeFillipo voted three times in 2022 using an address where he no longer lived.
DeFillipo denies the allegations and says he was dealing with marital issues during the time of the votes.
The arrest comes after a complaint was filed claiming DeFillipo lived in another city, violating the city charter.
DeFillipo's arrest is the third time in recent years a North Miami Beach mayor was arrested in office.
