Overview
- Tarkan Mustafa, 55, was found guilty of seven counts of sexual assault after a two-week trial at Wood Green Crown Court.
- The offences occurred at his Peace of Mind – Private Therapy practice in Ponders End and included sexualised language, breast massage presented as complementary therapy, and pressing his erect penis into victims.
- He received a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and will remain on the Sex Offenders Register for life.
- Key milestones included an initial report in August 2016 that did not lead to charges, a second report on 31 August 2020, an arrest in February 2021, a voluntary interview in January 2023, and charges filed on 23 January 2024.
