• Choe Son-hui held talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on September 28 after departing Pyongyang by special flight the previous day.
• Both sides discussed strengthening friendship and cooperation and reported reaching common positions on regional and international issues.
• Choe conveyed Kim Jong Un’s message that DPRK–China ties remain unchanged in their importance and that deepening them is a firm policy of Pyongyang.
