North Korea resumes international flights after three-year COVID closure

- China approved a regular Air Koryo flight schedule between the two countries through October.
- Train services between North Korea and China are also restarting after pausing during the pandemic.
- Flights between Pyongyang and Vladivostok, Russia are expected to resume this month as well.
