South Korea Suspends No-Fly Zone Agreement; North Korea Defends Satellite Launch at UN

North Korea has claimed its newly launched military surveillance satellite has taken photos of a British aircraft carrier, the White House, and the Pentagon, according to state-run Korean Central News Agency.
South Korea has suspended a no-fly zone agreement with North Korea in response to the satellite launch.
North Korea has begun rebuilding guard posts and deploying troops and heavy weaponry along the border with South Korea, following the suspension of a 2018 inter-Korean military agreement.
North Korea's ambassador to the United Nations defended the country's satellite launch, stating it is a legitimate right for North Korea to develop, test, manufacture and possess weapons systems equivalent to those that the United States possesses.
Analysts and foreign governments have questioned the satellite’s capabilities and the usefulness of its pictures.
