North Crowley Wins First UIL 6A Division I Title, Dominates Westlake 50-21

The Panthers bring Fort Worth its first UIL large-class football title in 76 years, capping an undefeated season with historic performances.

North Crowley claimed the UIL 6A Division I state championship with a commanding 50-21 victory over Austin Westlake at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
This marks Fort Worth's first UIL large-class football title since 1948 and North Crowley's second state title, their first coming in 2003 in a lower classification.
Quarterback Chris Jimerson Jr. threw for 299 yards and four touchdowns, including a 75-yard flea-flicker on the first play, and added a rushing touchdown.
Wide receiver Quentin Gibson, the game's Offensive MVP, tied the 6A championship record with three touchdown catches and totaled 181 receiving yards.
Sophomore Derrick Gleason earned Defensive MVP honors with a standout performance, including a pivotal forced fumble that halted a Westlake scoring drive.
