Norfolk Police Under Scrutiny After Family Found Dead Following Father's 999 Mental Health Call

  • Father Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, called 999 expressing concern for his mental state an hour before he and his two daughters, Jasmin, 12, and Natasha, nine, and their aunt Kanticha Sukpengpanao, 36, were found dead in their home in Costessey near Norwich.
