Norfolk Police Under Investigation After Family of Four Found Dead
Officers failed to respond to a 999 call from the property an hour before the bodies were discovered.

- The man found dead has been named as Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45. The identities of the two girls and the 36-year-old woman have not yet been formally confirmed.
- Norfolk Police have referred themselves to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) over their handling of the 999 call and a previous missing person inquiry at the same address.
- Detectives are not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths and believe it to be an isolated incident.
