  • Federal officers executed new searches in Nordelta’s La Isla and El Golf sectors, collecting entry and exit records plus recordings from six security cameras.
  • Ariel De Vicentis, the complex’s security chief, was questioned by Judge Sebastián Casanello and prosecutor Franco Picardi and denied warning the Kovalivker family about police operations.
  • Investigators are examining De Vicentis in a parallel case for possible obstruction and seized two of his phones for forensic analysis.
  • During earlier raids, police intercepted Emmanuel Kovalivker inside Nordelta with US$266,000 in envelopes and seized additional cash, his phone and his passport.
  • In separate searches, authorities found US$50,000 in a service-room safe, and Jonathan Kovalivker later appeared in court, appointed counsel and turned over his phone for analysis.
