- The NORAD Tracks Santa website is live at NORADSanta.org with a North Pole Village, games, videos, music and a web store available in nine languages.
- A new web-based calling option lets children place calls directly from the site, and virtual translation services can support more than 200 languages.
- On December 24, callers worldwide can reach 1-877-HI-NORAD for live updates from 4 a.m. to midnight MST, with an Interactive Voice Response system running until 3 a.m. MST.
- Tracking will be available across the official mobile apps and on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, Amazon Alexa, SiriusXM and OnStar.
- NORAD leverages its operational radar and satellite networks to power the seasonal tracker as volunteers handle inquiries while the command’s defense mission continues.
