Noida Man Confesses to Killing Wife Over Infidelity Suspicion in Brutal Hammer Attack

Noor-ul-lah Haider, 55, surrendered to police after killing his wife, Asma Khan, following weeks of escalating domestic disputes, leaving two children in the care of relatives.

Noor-ul-lah Haider killed his wife, Asma Khan, by striking her on the head with a hammer in their Noida home on April 4, 2025, after locking her in their bedroom.
Haider walked over two kilometers to the police station to confess to the murder, showing no remorse during his statement.
The couple's children, 19-year-old Samad and 12-year-old Inaya, were present in the house during the incident and are now in the care of relatives.
Relatives had visited earlier that day to mediate the couple’s ongoing disputes, but their intervention failed to prevent the tragedy.
Police have recovered the murder weapon, sent the body for autopsy, and initiated a formal investigation into the case.
