Overview

- A delivery worker heard the children’s cries, rescued them with help from locals, and reported the incident to police.
- Police say Singh admitted during interrogation that he dumped the children with intent to kill after pressuring their mother to send them to their biological father.
- Both children were cleaned, medically examined, and found in good health, and they are now under Child Welfare Committee care with presentation before the board scheduled.
