Overview
- Gallagher appeared on Amelia Dimoldenberg’s final season of Chicken Shop Date and spoke on camera in a filmed interview that was published this week.
- He promoted Oasis’s comeback by saying rehearsals showed the band could be “as good, if not better” than before and confirmed Live ’27 will run into 2027 with added dates.
- The interview produced several quotable moments, including dismissive comments about vegans, a denial of the underwear-onstage rumor and a candid take on the meaning of the ‘Champagne Supernova’ lyric.
- Gallagher teased that he has “tonnes of unreleased material” but did not say whether those recordings are for Oasis or solo projects.
- He used a São Paulo-to-home anecdote to illustrate the contrast between arena fame and family life, and his appearance arrives as Oasis’s renewed profile is reinforced by a documentary and a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame mention.
