Overview
- Lamb, 24, was arrested July 2 in Sacramento County and is facing an eight-count federal indictment including conspiracy, three counts of soliciting murder, three counts of doxing and one count of threatening communications.
- Federal filings allege he collaborated with the Terrorgram Collective, a transnational white supremacist accelerationist network on Telegram, to compile a hit list of federal, state and local officials as well as private-sector and nonprofit leaders.
- According to the indictment, Lamb’s responsibilities included identifying targets’ home addresses and other personal details to facilitate planned assassinations driven by animus toward race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation and gender identity.
- The FBI Sacramento Field Office led the investigation and the case is being prosecuted by the Justice Department’s Civil Rights and National Security divisions alongside the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California.
- If convicted on all counts, Lamb faces up to 85 years in prison, and he remains presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
