Overview
- Nickelodeon placed Noah Kahan in the 'favorite male breakout artist/group' category for the 2026 Kids' Choice Awards.
- Kahan celebrated the nomination on X with a tongue-in-cheek post saying he was 'finally gonna get slimed' and describing the slime rolling into his eyes and nostrils.
- Fellow nominees in the category include BigXthaPlug, Don Toliver, Role Model, Sombr and Temper City.
- The awards show is scheduled for Nov. 14, 2026, and the nomination was reported by Billboard and other outlets.
- The nod follows Kahan's wider commercial rise from his 2022 album Stick Season and his Hot 100 top-10 single, and it could boost his exposure to younger, family audiences through the show's viewer-voted format and sliming tradition.
