NMC Expels Nurse Convicted of Asda Toilet Voyeurism

  • Delos Reyes pleaded guilty at Swindon Magistrates’ Court in June 2024 to two counts of voyeurism and one count of making an indecent image of a child, receiving a suspended jail term.
  • Police were called to an Asda in Swindon on July 18, 2023 after a customer reported being filmed while using a toilet cubicle.
  • CCTV showed him in the men’s cubicle for nearly three hours and officers later found phone videos of several men and a child urinating through a hole in the cubicle wall.
