- The 1st NLIU–NHRC National Moot Court Competition will be held at NLIU Bhopal from January 9–11, 2026 with provisional registration open through November 30, final registration due December 10, and memorials due December 18.
- The theme addresses human rights in emerging criminal justice practice, with a memorial qualification stage sending the top 24 teams to in-person oral rounds at NLIU.
- Participation is limited to one three-member team per institution, comprising two speakers and one researcher, under the official rulebook.
