NJ Man Faces Charges for Decapitating Seagull at Boardwalk Amusement Park

Franklin Zeigler, 29, allegedly killed the bird after it tried to steal fries from his daughter, leading to multiple charges.

Incident occurred at Morey's Piers in North Wildwood on July 6.
Zeigler was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and third-degree animal cruelty.
Police arrested Zeigler after he became uncooperative during an unrelated investigation.
Witnesses reported the decapitation to the North Wildwood Police Department.
Zeigler is scheduled to appear in court on August 9.
