- The two-day convocation, held Sept. 19–20, awarded 930 B.Tech, 945 postgraduate, 100 PhD and 22 exit degrees and presented gold medals to top students.

- Placement data published in the director’s report showed strong employer demand with 666 of 709 registered undergraduates and 685 of 848 postgraduates placed, an undergraduate average package of Rs 18.54 lakh and a highest domestic offer of Rs 1.27 crore.
- Speeches at the ceremony stressed that engineers must couple technical skill with human judgment and ethics as AI spreads, a stance that underpins the AI/ML curriculum mandate and deeper industry engagement.
