Nissan Unveils "Hyper Force" Electric Sports Car Concept With 1,341 Horsepower at Japan Mobility Show 2023

"Hyper Force" EV concept comes with a reconfigurable dashboard developed with Gran Turismo creators, two driving modes, and virtual reality feature for simulated driving experience; Nissan's CEO describes the concept series as symbols of their future vision.

The unveiled 'Hyper Force' electric sports car concept by Nissan at the Japan Mobility Show 2023 is turning heads with its powerful solid-state battery capable of producing up to 1,341 horsepower, closely resembling a hybrid of a GTR and the Cybertruck.
Developed in partnership with Gran Turismo developers Polyphony Digital Inc., 'Hyper Force' features a striking reconfigurable dashboard interface and immersive driving experience with two modes: 'R' mode for powerful performance, and 'GT' mode for longer drives, changing the cockpit's color and display based on the selected mode.
The concept car, primarily directed towards gamers but suggesting a potential future for real-life electric GT-Rs, is built of high-strength carbon, offering broad proportions along with a wide stance, punctuated with unique angles and lighting that pay homage to the GT-R's design elements.
Apart from offering a substantial downforce for high-speed stability, the concept model employs advanced driver assist technology, augmented reality, and virtual reality features, allowing drivers to practice and improve their track skills in a virtual world when the car is stationary.
Nissan's CEO, Makoto Uchida has described the 'Hyper Force' along with other unveiled conceptual EVs, such as 'Hyper Urban,' 'Hyper Adventure,' 'Hyper Tourer,' and 'Hyper Punk,' as symbolic of Nissan's future vision for the automotive landscape, focusing on the innovation of EV technology.
