Nissan Refreshes 2026 Pathfinder With Bigger Screen and Smarter Cameras

The update focuses on cabin tech, with new camera views taking precedence over mechanical changes.

Overview

  • The facelifted Pathfinder will be shown at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month and reaches U.S. dealers in early 2026.
  • A 12.3-inch center touchscreen is now standard with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while SL and higher trims add a 12.3-inch digital cluster and retain physical HVAC and audio controls.
  • Nissan’s HD Intelligent Around View Monitor adds a 180-degree Front Wide View plus an Invisible Hood View to reveal obstacles directly ahead.
  • A redesigned wireless phone charger boosts output to 15 watts and adds a positioning magnet and cooling fan, and Safety Shield 360 is standard with ProPilot Assist on SV and above.
  • The 3.5-liter V6 and nine-speed automatic carry over; the Rock Creek trim returns with standard AWD, a small power bump, off-road tuning and an optional Premium Package, with towing up to 6,000 pounds on properly equipped trims.
