Overview
- Nintendo released Version 1.2.0 for Pikmin 3 Deluxe on August 31, 2026, and the update is available now via the official support release.
- The patch adds support for the Nintendo Switch 2 display and high-resolution TVs, delivering a sharper image in both docked and handheld modes.
- GameShare support is included so two players can run the competitive Bingo Battle on separate devices either locally or online using GameChat.
- From the Bingo Battle title screen Nintendo added explicit menu options for Local Play and Via GameChat to make those modes easier to access.
- Nintendo notes the original Nintendo Switch build was not changed by this update and the demo remains at its earlier version, and this release makes Pikmin 3 Deluxe the 18th first-party title to receive a free Switch 2 update.
