Overview

• The Nintendo Switch 2 will release worldwide on June 5, 2025, featuring GameCube games as part of its Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service.
• At launch, three GameCube games—The Legend of Zelda: The Wind WakerSoulcalibur II, and F-Zero GX—will be available, with seven more titles, including Super Mario Sunshine and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, coming later.
• GameCube games on Switch 2 will include enhancements like higher resolution, online multiplayer support, customizable controls, and an optional CRT filter for a retro display experience.
• Access to GameCube games will require a subscription to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack tier, which also includes other classic titles and content.
