- In a related Free State probe, Ngwathe municipal manager Dr Futhuli Mothamaha and businessman Lelokonyane Letseng were arrested over a 2021 Maluti-A-Phofung tender worth R1.9 million that Lesedi Khanya Energy allegedly failed to deliver.
