Nikki Haley's Husband Deploys Overseas as She Eyes 2024 Run

Nikki Haley's husband, Michael Haley, will deploy to Africa for a yearlong mission with the South Carolina Army National Guard
The deployment comes as Nikki Haley campaigns for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
Michael Haley previously deployed to Afghanistan in 2013; this will be his second active-duty deployment since joining the Guard in 2006.
Nikki Haley has criticized President Biden's leadership and pledged to cut aid to "anti-American" countries if elected president.
Though the deployment will require sacrifice, the Haleys said they are proud of Michael Haley and his fellow service members.
