Nicole Kidman Announces Third Season of 'Big Little Lies'

Nicole Kidman confirmed during a Q&A at the CME Group Tour Championship in Naples, Florida, that a third season of the hit HBO show 'Big Little Lies' is in the works.
The announcement comes more than four years after the second season aired, during which time rumors of a third season had died down.
Kidman, who also produces the show with Reese Witherspoon, had previously expressed uncertainty about a third season, especially after the death of director Jean-Marc Vallée in 2021.
Despite Kidman's announcement, HBO has not made any official announcements about a third season of 'Big Little Lies'.
The show, which also stars Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, Zoë Kravitz, and Shailene Woodley, first aired as a limited series in 2017, with a second season in 2019 that added Meryl Streep to the cast.
