Nicola Coughlan and Jessica Gunning Cast in 'The Magic Faraway Tree' Adaptation

The star-studded film brings Enid Blyton's beloved children's series to life with a diverse cast and acclaimed production team.

Nicola Coughlan will play the woodland fairy Silky, while Jessica Gunning takes on the role of Dame Washalot.
Other cast members include Andrew Garfield, Claire Foy, Nonso Anozie, and Dustin Demri-Burns.
British icons Lenny Henry, Michael Palin, and Simon Russell Beale join as mystical wise men from the Land of Know-Alls.
The film is directed by Ben Gregor and adapted by BAFTA winner Simon Farnaby.
Production begins later this month across the U.K.
