The announcement was made during ESPN's College GameDay at the Cotton Bowl, marking exactly one year since Saban retired from coaching.
Saban's career includes seven national championships, six with Alabama and one with LSU, making him the most decorated coach in college football history.
He expressed gratitude for the players, coaches, and staff who contributed to his success, highlighting the teamwork behind his achievements.
The 2025 Hall of Fame class will be officially inducted at the NFF Annual Awards Dinner in Las Vegas on December 9, 2025.
