Nick Dunlap Wins PGA Tour Rookie of the Year for Historic 2024 Season

The 20-year-old became the first player to win as both an amateur and professional in the same season, securing two PGA Tour victories.

Nick Dunlap, at age 20, received the Arnold Palmer Award after earning 57% of the PGA Tour membership vote.
He made history by becoming the first player to win a PGA Tour event as both an amateur and a professional in the same season.
Dunlap's victories included The American Express in January as an amateur and the Barracuda Championship in July as a professional.
He ended the season ranked 49th in the FedExCup standings, qualifying him for the PGA Tour's Signature Events in 2025.
Dunlap is the youngest Rookie of the Year since Jordan Spieth in 2013 and joins Tiger Woods as one of the few to win both the U.S. Junior Amateur and U.S. Amateur titles.
