Cannon and Scott have established the Zen's Light Foundation in memory of their late son, with the mission to 'foster global excellence in hope, grief care and pediatric healthcare for families and children in need.'
Cannon has 12 children with six different women, including twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey, and his youngest child Halo with Alyssa Scott.
Cannon revealed Zen's diagnosis and subsequent death on his since-canceled daytime talk show, expressing regret for not sharing his son's health struggles earlier.
Cannon continues to seek therapy to cope with the loss of his son, stating that dealing with guilt and the experience of losing a child is a 'day-to-day battle.'
