The former NHL player's death was ruled accidental following a motorcycle crash, with a blood alcohol level exceeding the legal limit.

Nic Kerdiles, ex-fiancé of Savannah Chrisley, had a blood alcohol level of 0.124% at the time of his fatal motorcycle accident, well above the legal limit of 0.08%.
The accident occurred when Kerdiles ran through a stop sign and crashed his motorcycle into a BMW sedan.
The medical examiner ruled Kerdiles' death as accidental and listed blunt traumatic injuries as his official cause of death.
Kerdiles and Chrisley were engaged from 2018 to 2020, but remained friends after their breakup.
Chrisley has since moved on and made her relationship with Robert Shiver Instagram official in November.
