NIA Raids Nine Sites in Tamil Nadu, Arrests Hotelier in 2019 Ramalingam Murder Probe

The agency says the searches sought evidence to trace remaining proclaimed offenders in the 2019 killing.

  • Two proclaimed offenders, Abdul Majeed and Shahul Hameed, were arrested on January 25, 2025, while Mohammed Ali Jinna remains at large with a Rs 5 lakh reward, alongside Burhanudeen and Nafeel Hasan; a similarly named accused, Mohammed Ali Jinnah, was arrested in November 2024 for harbouring.
