Overview
- An NIA team reached Tonk on Thursday to question two suspects after police seized ammonium nitrate concealed in urea sacks during a NH‑52 checkpoint operation.
- The District Special Team intercepted a Maruti Ciaz within Baroni police station limits and recovered about 150 kg of ammonium nitrate, 200 explosive cartridges and roughly 1,100 metres of fuse wire.
- The arrested men, identified as Surendra Patwa and Surendra Mochi from Bundi district, are being examined for supply routes, prior consignments and intended recipients.
