Overview

• In the Chandigarh Sector 10 case, a supplementary chargesheet names Abhijot Singh as a co-conspirator after his April arrest, with NIA linking the plot to Pakistan-based Harwinder “Rinda” and US-based Happy Passia.
• Investigators say Abhijot met aide Shamsher Shera in Armenia in December 2023, conducted reconnaissance in July 2024, attempted a hit in August, and the grenade attack followed on September 11, 2024.
