• The supplementary chargesheet, submitted July 9 at Patiala House court, includes Rana’s arrest memo, seizure documents and fresh evidence linking him to David Headley’s Mumbai reconnaissance missions.
• A Delhi court extended Rana’s judicial custody until August 13 ahead of the cognizance hearing on the new charges.
• The formal trial is due to begin on August 13, when the NIA Special Court will review ten charges against Rana, including conspiracy, murder and waging war against India under the UAPA.
