• The NHS Business Services Authority and Infosys confirmed the contract award on October 14 following a rigorous procurement process.
• The Future NHS Workforce Solution will replace the Electronic Staff Record with an integrated platform spanning recruitment, onboarding, payroll, career development and retirement.
• The system will continue paying 1.9 million NHS employees in England and Wales and process over £55 billion in payroll each year.
