• The NHLPA released the full invite list on Aug. 26 for the Sept. 3 event at MedStar Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, Virginia, scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon.
• Washington’s Ryan Leonard is the Capitals’ representative, with notable attendees including Hurricanes defenseman Alexander Nikishin and 2025 No. 1 pick Matthew Schaefer of the Islanders.
• MedStar Capitals Iceplex will be closed to the public during the showcase.
• Participants will skate in team gear, rotate through photo and content stations for Upper Deck, and typically conclude with a light scrimmage.
