Overview

  • One-way tolls for cars have been set at ₹185 from Hedigenabele to Sundarapalya and ₹190 in the reverse direction, with return trips charged at ₹275 and ₹280 respectively.
  • Light commercial vehicles and minibuses will pay ₹295 for a one-way trip and ₹445 for a return journey, while heavy trucks and buses face one-way fees of ₹620 to ₹635 and round-trip rates of ₹930 to ₹955.
  • Toll collection will be managed through four distance-based plazas at Hedigenabele, Agrahara, Krishnarajapura and Sundarapalya once electronic systems integrate and district-level clearances are obtained.
  • Incomplete boundary fencing has enabled banned two-wheelers to enter the expressway, prompting NHAI to request home guard deployment at vulnerable points until barriers are secured.
  • NHAI has released funds to upgrade surrounding village and district roads even as commuters report 30–40 minute delays at KR Pura and Hoskote despite faster travel on the expressway.
