NHAI Offers ₹1,000 FASTag Credit for Reporting Unclean Toll Plaza Toilets

The initiative is part of Special Campaign 5.0 to raise hygiene standards on national highways.

Overview

  • The scheme is active nationwide through October 31, 2025, covering all National Highways.
  • Reports must be filed via the latest RajmargYatra app with clear geo-tagged, time-stamped photos plus the user’s name, location, VRN and mobile number.
  • Valid entries earn ₹1,000 credited to the FASTag linked to the reported vehicle registration, with no cash-out or transfer allowed.
  • Each vehicle can receive the reward only once during the campaign, and each toilet qualifies for only one payout per day, with the first valid report counted.
  • Only facilities built or maintained by NHAI are eligible, and AI-assisted screening with manual checks will reject manipulated, duplicate or previously reported images.
