NFL Owners Set for Another Vote on Flexing Thursday Night Football Games

NFL owners will vote next week on whether to allow games to move between Sunday afternoons and Thursday nights on just 15 days notice.
A similar proposal failed to pass in March, lacking the necessary three-quarters approval from owners.
The push comes after ratings fell 4 million viewers on average for the 15 Thursday Night Football games on Amazon's streaming service compared to last year.
The quick scheduling changes proved too disruptive for enough owners to block the initial change.
Owners did approve having some teams play twice on Thursdays this season, with four teams - the Jets, Saints, Bears and Steelers - playing two Thursday night games each.
