NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin is under investigation by the Allen Police Department in Texas over an unspecified allegation.
Irvin's attorney, Levi McCathern, has denied the allegations, stating that they are without substance and will turn out to be 'much ado about nothing'.
This is not the first time Irvin has faced such allegations. In 2023, he was accused of sexual misconduct by a hotel worker in Arizona, which led to his removal from NFL Network and ESPN's Super Bowl coverage.
Despite the previous allegations, Irvin maintained his innocence and filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit, which was settled out of court.
Irvin has since returned to his broadcasting roles with NFL Network and FS1.
