NFL Denies Eagles' Appeal of Security Chief's Sideline Ban and Fine

Dom DiSandro, Banned from Sideline for Regular Season, Can Still Perform Other Duties and Return for Postseason

The NFL has denied the Philadelphia Eagles' appeal of a $100,000 fine and the ban of the team's security chief, Dom DiSandro, from the sideline for the remainder of the regular season.
The punishment stems from a sideline altercation between DiSandro and San Francisco 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw during a game on December 3, 2023.
Both DiSandro and Greenlaw were ejected from the game, and Greenlaw was fined $10,927 by the league for unnecessary roughness.
Despite the sideline ban, DiSandro is still permitted to travel with the team and perform all other work duties, and he can return to the sideline for the postseason.
DiSandro, who joined the Eagles in 1999, also serves as a senior adviser to the team's general manager and is responsible for all safety and security matters for players, coaches, and executives.
